BBB Hears Complaints Of Gouging by Suppliers

WZZM-13, Grand Rapids, Michigan, takes a look at a spike in complaints received by the Better Business Bureaus concerning prices charged by competitive natural gas suppliers.

"A significant number of local residents have been experiencing skyrocketing natural gas charges because they signed up for non-regulated natural gas pricing, through the Natural Gas Choice Program, where rates are not regulated by the Michigan Public Service Commission," WZZM-13 reports.
