Consumer Complaints Peak As Default Service Rates Undercut Retail Supplier Rates

WGME-13, Portland, Maine, reports on increased electricity complaints from consumers , which comes as new lower default service rates take effect.
WGME-13 reported that, "Our research found only one of the major seven electricity providers on Maine's open market has a rate lower than the standard offer. Some are twice as much."
