Westchester Muni Aggregation Co-Chair to Pitch Aggregations to Other NY Cities (Albany, Buffalo)

Mike Gordon, the co-chair of the Sustainable Westchester opt-out municipal aggregation program, "has offered to work closely with mayors and municipalities outside of Westchester County, to create like programs in more than 50 cities, including Rochester, Albany, Buffalo, Syracuse, Binghamton, Ithaca Schenectady, Utica, Hempstead, Niagara Falls, Troy, and Freeport," Sustainable Westchester noted in a news release yesterday
