Austin City Councilor Supports Electric Choice For Customers At Austin Energy

Austin Council Member Don Zimmerman has expressed support for providing customers at Austin Energy with the ability to choose their electricity provider, the Austin Monitor reports.
Zimmerman's comments came during a council workshop with Austin Energy management, and the Monitor notes that Zimmerman was the lone voice favoring customer choice.
