National Grid-NY Default Service Customers to See April Power Bills Drop Up To 50%

Larry Rulison of the Albany Times Union reports that, "National Grid customers' bills for April could drop between 45 percent and 50 percent from March, depending on how much electricity they use and their billing cycle."
