LIPA To Vote On Allowing Opt-out Municipal Aggregation

The Long Island Power Authority board is expected to vote on May 20 on provisions allowing and accommodating opt-out municipal aggregation, Newsday reports (story here)

As previously reported, several Long Island towns with close to 250,000 customers are prepared to implement community choice aggregation if permitted by LIPA
