Nearly 2,000 Complaints In Two Years Against Retail Suppliers

In a story on door-to-door natural gas marketing in Michigan, WOOD-8 reports that the Michigan PSC has received about 1,900 complaints against AGSs in the last two years, "mostly about contract cancellation."

WOOD-8 reports that nearly 500 complaints concerned sales practices such as, "deceptive marketing, slamming and unauthorized switching."
