San Diego Community Power Set To File At Calif. PUC For Municipal Aggregation Approval

San Diego Community Power is set to file for California PUC approval of its municipal electric aggregation (community choice aggregation) which is expected to serve 920,000 electric customers in San Diego, Chula Vista, La Mesa, Encinitas and Imperial Beach in 2021.
