Pennsylvania PUC Cancels Broker's License

The Pennsylvania PUC cancelled the electric broker license of Good Energy LP, stating that Good Energy, after the issuance of a tentative order to cancel the company's license for failure to file proof of security in the manner prescribed by the PUC, "failed to file any adverse public comments or approved security within 30 days after publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin."
