Complaints filed by the Maryland Office of People's Counsel with the Maryland PSC against several different retail electric suppliers drew local media attention with a story in the Baltimore Sun (story here)

The OPC complaints are an outgrowth of show cause proceedings, which had been exclusively first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com (see details here), initiated by PSC Staff, and relate broadly to the same allegations
