Report: Amazon's Alexa To Help More Users With Utility Bills, Info

Amazon's Alexa will soon assist more users with dealing with the utility bills, including reviewing the amount due and a comparison to usage for last month, according to a report from Tom Groenfeldt in Forbes (see the story here)
As previously reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com, several Texas retail electric providers (details here and here ) have already enabled customers to access billing and related info through Alexa voice commands
