Bankrupt Retail Supplier Seeks To Reject "Out Of The Money" Retail Contracts With Customers

October 25,2019

In a story on Agera Energy's previously reported bankruptcy filing, the New Hampshire Business Review reports that Agera has told a bankruptcy court that contracts with 7,380 retail customers are "out-of-the-money."

Agera is seeking to reject such "out-of-the-money" customer contracts, and have such customers returned to default service

Such contracts are not included in a sale process, under which Constellation is a stalking horse bidder, as previously reported.
