Report: Texas Industrial Electric Rates Lower In Choice Areas Versus Non-Competitive Areas

In a review of Texas electric rates for industrial customers, the Texas Coalition for Affordable Power reported that, for 2017 (the most recent data available), industrial electric rates in electric choice areas of Texas were 7.8 percent lower than corresponding Texas rates outside of deregulation
