Texas QSE To Pay $15,000 Under Settlement With PUC Staff

Links EP, LLC would pay $15,000 under a settlement with Staff of the Public Utility Commission of Texas to resolve Links's alleged violations of Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) Protocols ยง 8.1.3.3.1, related to Emergency Response Service Performance (ERS) and Testing.

As stated in the settlement, "Links was contracted to provide ERS-30 during the October 2017 to January 2018 contract period."

As stated in the settlement, "Links's portfolio-level ERSAF [ERS Availability Factor] in the October 2017 to January 2018 contract period for ERS-30 was 0.8746."

As stated in the settlement, "Links failed to achieve the required ERSAF of 0.95 because it failed to maintain the required amount of load available for ERS deployment during the time periods: 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6 for the October 2017 to January 2018 contract period for ERS-30."
