Just Energy Group Inc. announced that at its annual and special meeting of shareholders held yesterday, each of the six individuals nominated at the meeting was elected a director of Just Energy to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders of Just Energy or until their successors are elected or appointed.

Directors elected at the meeting were:

• R. Scott Gahn

• H. Clark Hollands

• Rebecca MacDonald

• Patrick McCullough

• M. Dallas H. Ross

• William F. Weld
