The Florida Chamber of Commerce filed a brief with the Florida state supreme court, which is charged with reviewing proposed ballot initiatives for compliance with various language and subject requirements, in which the Chamber alleged a proposed Florida electric choice ballot initiative violates the single-subject rule and is therefore unconstitutional
