National Fuel Gas Company announced that Ronald C. Kraemer will be named President of National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation, the company's interstate natural gas transmission and storage business. Kraemer will continue in his role as President of Empire Pipeline, Inc.

Kraemer succeeds David P. Bauer who, as previously announced, will become President and Chief Executive Officer of National Fuel Gas Company, effective July 1, 2019.

National Fuel Gas Company also announced that members of the National Fuel Gas Company Board of Directors elected David H. Anderson as a new independent director.

Anderson is President and Chief Executive Officer of Northwest Natural Holding Company and Northwest Natural Gas Company, and has held positions at Northwest Holdings since 2004. Prior to that, Anderson was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at TXU Gas Company and Chief Accounting Officer at TXU Corporation.
