Report: "Nearly All" 300 Downstate Illinois Municipal Aggregations Now Have Rates Higher Than Ameren

In reporting on the fact that the latest Ameren electric default service is below the City of Quincy, IL's municipal aggregation rate, The Herald-Whig reports that, citing an aggregation consultant, that, "nearly all 300 downstate Illinois communities that have electric aggregation programs have seen their rates rise above Ameren's," as Ameren's rate has declined over the past few years
