A survey of 500 Australians conducted for retail supplier Powershop showed that 72% of respondents hadn't shopped for a retail energy supplier in over two years, news.com.au reports
51% of respondents have never switched energy suppliers, the report said
Only 13% had reviewed their energy plan in the past two years
