Florida Energy Choice Advocates File Brief With Supreme Court

May 28,2019

Sponsors of a proposed electric choice ballot initiative in Florida have filed a required legal brief with the state's Supreme Court

The brief counters various filings opposing inclusion of the initiative on the ballot, filed by business groups, lawmakers, and the Attorney General, who claim that the initiative does not comply with various provisions governing ballot questions (see story here)
