Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak has signed a law (SB358) increasing the RPS to 50% for utilities and providers of new electric resources (retail suppliers)
The RPS will gradually increase o that by calendar year 2030 and for each calendar
year thereafter, each provider of electric service will be required to generate,
acquire or save electricity from renewable energy systems or efficiency measures
not less than 50 percent of the total amount of electricity sold by the provider to its
retail customers during that calendar yea
