On 17 April 2019, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted for review an application from Hanwha Energy Retail Australia Pty Ltd (Hanwha ERA) for an electricity retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law
As exclusively first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com (see story here) , a separate Hanwha affiliate, 174 Power Global Retail Texas, LLC, recently received an Option 1 Texas retail electric provider certificate
In other Australia licensing news, Arc Energy Corporation Pty Ltd. was granted a retail license
Balance Commodities and Energy Pty Ltd. has applied for an Australia electricity retailer license
