The Supreme Court has denied certiorari (review) of lower court findings appealed by EPSA concerning nuclear subsidy laws in New York and Illinois
The lower courts have denied EPSA's challenges to the laws
SCOTUS denied certiorari in the following cases:
• 18-868 ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY ASSN. V. STAR, ANTHONY M., ET AL.
• 18-879 ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY ASSN. V. RHODES, JOHN B., ET AL.
The New York ZEC law is notable because it places the obligation on ESCOs, not distribution utilities only
