Amended Nevada Bill Would Allow Electric Utility To Offer Subscription Pricing

The Nevada Independent reports that an amendment to SB300 which was approved by a committee would allow utilities to offer "subscription" pricing for electric service

The bill generally addresses various forms of alternative ratemaking (formula rate, PBRs, etc.).
