Texas PUC Formally Approves Lower Oncor Rates Charged To Retail Providers

April 05,2019

The Texas PUC has formally adopted an order approving lower Oncor delivery rates (as well as a previously issued one-time credit) resulting from federal tax rate reductions

The PUC had previously approved the lower rates (and the already-issued, one-time credit) on an interim basis, and the new rates have been charged to REPs on an interim basis since October 2018

The approved rates can be seen here (no change from settlement)
