The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports: "Federal regulators have jumped into the FirstEnergy Solutions bankruptcy case with charges that FES and its parent FirstEnergy Corp., with a nod from 'favored creditors,' have cooked up a 'scheme' that is an 'abuse of the bankruptcy system.'"
