Boston Selects Consultant To Manage Opt-out Municipal Aggregation

The City of Boston has selected Colonial Power Group to manage an opt-out electricity aggregation to be developed for the city, the Boston Globe reports

The City includes about 190,000 residential accounts and up to 31,000 business accounts
