Centrica In Discussions With EV Manufacturers re: After-Market Billing For EV Customers

With Shell announcing its ambitions to be the world's leading electric supplier (previously reported here), various press have reported on the inroads several oil majors are making in the electric industry
The Financial Times notes that as oil majors move into electricity, EV manufacturers are looking to partner with load serving entities, such as retail electric suppliers.
In particular, the FT reports that Iain Conn, chief executive at Centrica, said he has been "bombarded" with inquiries from electric vehicle manufacturers for partnerships on integration and systems
"We are in discussions about after-market billing for electric vehicle customers," Conn told the FT.
