In a regulatory filing, Trebel, in its role as an aggregator, reported that Delaware Township and Harlem Township in Ohio have selected FirstEnergy Solutions Corp. to supply their municipal electric aggregations through May 2021 [sic, as stated in a filing; however, pricing as noted below is for 36 months]

According to opt-out letters, the Delaware Township and Harlem Township rate is 4.9 cents per kWh for 36 months, for residential and business customers

Additionally, Trebel reported that Volunteer Energy Services Inc. was selected by Green Creek Township and York Township in Ohio to supply their municipal electric aggregations through April 2022.

At York, the aggregation's residential rate is fixed at 4.92 cents per kWh at Toledo Edison and Ohio Edison. The business rate is 5.12 cents per kWh at TE and 5.02 cents per kWh at OE
