PSC Grants Waiver To Allow Retail Suppliers More Time To Pay RPS Compliance Fees

March 14,2019

The District of Columbia PSC adopted a new 2018 Compliance Report Form for the RPS and, in doing so, waived Commission Rule 2901.9 and directed electricity suppliers to submit their compliance fees for the 2018 compliance year to DOEE between October 1 and November 1, 2019 (instead of April 1 as would otherwise have been required)
