South Jersey Industries, Inc. reported that Executive Vice President, Stephen H. Clark, accepted the Early Retirement Incentive Program (“ERIP”) offered by the company and retired effective as of the close of business on February 28, 2019.

Clark also retired from his position as President and Chief Operating Officer of South Jersey Energy Solutions, LLC and SJI Midstream, LLC, both wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company.

SJI's retail electric marketing segment and wholesale marketing segment are organized under South Jersey Energy Solutions

SJI in a recent investor presentation said that it continues to review its "non-core, non-regulated" assets

As previously reported, SJI sold its retail gas marketing business to USI Energy Services last year
