Suzanne Daugherty, PJM’s senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer, has decided to retire from PJM on April 1, 2019, PJM CEO Andrew L. Ott reported in a notice to members

"I want to assure you that we have a strong team in place and Suzanne’s responsibilities will be assumed by other members of the PJM leadership team. Importantly, her transition will not impact our day-to-day operations or execution of the company’s long-term strategy, and we remain committed to providing you the same level of service that you have come to expect," Ott wrote
