Texas Power Plant Owners To Invest $100 Million In Generation In Advance Of Summer

Writing in the Houston Chronicle, L.M. Sixel reports that Texas Competitive Power Advocates members are planning to invest over $100 million in existing generation facilities to ready the plants for this summer

Sixel reports that TCPA has said that member companies have elected to continue running certain plants that had been under consideration for retirement

TCPA credited previously reported market changes adopted by the Texas PUC for the investments
