According to a maillog description from the Maryland PSC docket site, Scott Dance of The Baltimore Sun filed, on January 23, 2019, a request to inspect or obtain copies of complaints made to the Maryland Public Service Commission in 2018 regarding third-party energy suppliers in accordance with Public Information Act.
