The Kansas Corporation Commission has published a report examining the state's high electric rates relative to neighboring states the Topeka Capitol-Journal reports

The Capitol-Journal reports that industrial customers have faulted the report for not presenting strategies on how to address the high rates

A coalition supported by industrial, Affordable Energy for Kansas, does not list on its website any specific solutions for addressing the high rates
