Conn. PURA Releases Draft On Retail Supplier Compliance With RPS For 2016

The Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority issued a draft decision determining retail suppliers' compliance with the Connecticut renewable portfolio standards in the year 2016.

The draft makes findings with respect to each supplier's REC retirements and banking, and, if needed, the amount of alternative compliance payment required for each supplier

Suppliers are encouraged to review the draft order, available here, for accuracy and to preserve the ability to contest any errors.
