NiMo, KeySpan LDCs File Revised GTOP Manuals

The Brooklyn Union Gas Company d/b/a National Grid NY (KEDNY) and KeySpan Gas East Corporation d/b/a National Grid (KEDLI), and separately Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid, have filed revised Gas Transportation Operating Procedure (GTOP) Manuals with the New York PSC

NiMo said that its GTOP revisions include:

• Page 25 to 26 – Verbiage added regarding accepting assigned capacity and re-assigning capacity.

• Page 26 to 27 – Allocation table replaced.

• Page 28 – Verbiage added regarding accepting storage capacity assignment and terms of storage transportation assignment.

• Page 29 – Tariff reference replaced verbiage regarding DTR rate.

• Page 30 – Verbiage added regarding transfer of GSS storage inventory back to company.

• Page 48 – Gas Control phone number updated.

• Page 74 – New Capacity Release Agreement replaced previous version.

• The “Affidavit for Supplier Select Program” deleted from what was page 78 of previous “Clean Version”.

The KeySpan LDCs said that their GTOP revisions include:

• Page 111 – New Capacity Release Agreement for KEDLI

• Page 117 – New Capacity Release Agreement for KEDNY
