PUC Rescinds Licenses Of 7 Brokers

November 29,2018

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio rescinded the licenses of seven brokers for what PUCO said was failure to file a 2017 annual report for fiscal assessment by July 6, 2018.

A list of the companies whose licenses were rescinded can be found in PUCO's order here

PUCO also ordered that the companies pay a forfeiture of $1,000

Each company listed in the order was ordered to immediately cease providing regulated service in the state of Ohio under the rescinded certificate. Any company that continues to provide regulated service under a cancelled certificate may be subject to a forfeiture up to $10,000 per day under R.C. 4905.54.
