Oncor announced that Oncor’s Rider RCE - Rate Case Expense Surcharge will expire after the conclusion of the November 2018 billing cycle.

Rider RCE currently charges to REPs the following:

Secondary = 10 kW   $0.000059 per kWh
Secondary > 10 kW   $0.011057 per kW 
Primary = 10 kW     $0.000045 per kWh 
Primary > 10 kW - 
   Distribution     $0.009008 per kW 
Primary > 10 kW - 
   Substation       $0.004758 per kW 
Transmission        $0.003613 per kW 
Lighting            $0.000179 per kWh
